Abstract In much of the emerging literature in African philosophy on question life's meaning, little, if anything, has been said about relationship between conceptions death and meaning. Drawing from clues metaphysics/philosophy religion, this article will argue that within context an conception death, life is ultimately meaningless. To do this, I begin by curating sees as primarily disembodiment subjective consciousness. Through disembodiment, individual can approach with meaning pivot into after life.
